Ordering & Payment

All orders are placed online through our shopping cart.  All our Credit/Debit Card transaction are processed by PayPal through their secure website. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this service.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Refunds & Returns

We are sure you will be very happy with your purchases, but if you are not, you can return it within 7 days from the date of receipt for a refund.  You must request a return by emailing us on info@diyweddingfavourbox.co.uk The goods must be in pristine condition, and still in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the postage cost of returning goods.

 

Samples

Unfortunately we do not send out single samples of our DIY kits.

 

Delivery

Please allow up to 14 working days for your order to be dispatched plus one working day for postage.  We make every effort to ensure that your order is with you before this.  If you require items urgently, please contact us via email prior to placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
